One of the busiest streets at night in Thailand is the KHAOSAN ROAD. It is a small road located about a block away from the Chao Praya River.

Street foods here are just the best. You can choose anything. and you can try everything you want at a very affordable cost.

Khaosan was established almost 150 years ago. Originally it is the site of a “milled rice” (Khaosan) Market. 

But now it has been transformed into popular destination shop and hang out for many tourists. You can find here numerous street stalls,cheap guests house, cafes and laidback bars and clubs that line both sides of the road and the surrounding streets. 

From hair braiding to funky street tees to second hand books, its simply a backpackers bestfriend. Not only its famous among tourists, it is also popular with locals who come to enjoy the bohemian vibe and watch the tourists play.

When we first arrived in Universal Studios, the first thing we tried is the Battlestar Gallactica!
I wonder why my friends really encouraged me to try this one!
Seeing people who are riding this from afar made me a little bit coward during that time! Plus the screams that were so loud made me so nervous.

I can still remember how my heart beated so fast and how I cant move and breathe before it!Hahaha..I can still clearly remember the message before our release! Courage in the midst of fear is all Bravery! But I kept on asking myself, Am I brave enough?Oh well, I need to prove,I told myself!

You can choose your side here, whether to try the Human or the Cyclon!
If you chose HUMAN,it is zooming at 82.8 km/h, The Human viper Mark II is a seater coaster that propels you 14 storeys into the air.
While the Cyclon is a suspended roller coaster that will turn your world upside down as it runs through a vertical loop, corkscrew and cobra roll.
Since I was a little scared we all opted for HUMAN coaster.

The experience was really memorable for me because it is also considered as the world's tallest dueling roller coaster!It was themed also after the hit television series Battlestar Galactica, it gave me the exhilarating adventures of twist, drop and turn in an intense aerial dogfight!

The moment the roller coaster stopped I felt such great relief! I could'nt believe I survived it!hahaa..The unbelievable thrills made it really worth trying. So when you visit Universal Studios in Singapore I dare you to try it as well!

A JANITOR IS AN OXFORD UNIVERSITY SCHOLAR

Oxford University is considered as the oldest University in the English Speaking World.
Only the best and the brightest students are admitted as their students!

Since Oxford's establishment, there were only less than 20 Filipinos who graduated with a degree in this university.
A proud South Cotabateno is one of those few people who make it to Oxford University.
He 37 years old Jeryl Bayona from Banga, South Cotabato.
He worked as a waiter and a clerk in an office before deciding to try his luck in London.

It was in 2003 when he decided to worked as an office manager in a law firm in England. He also got married to Alma, a filipina domestic helper.

 " I met Alma in London wherein she was a resident also, after we got married we decided to go back and have our family in London"

One of his dreams is to study in the University of Oxford because it is one of the most popular university in United Kingdom.
It is also his desire to gain more knowledge and so he decided to apply for a scholarship in that same university.

It took him 3 years to be accepted in Oxford since he did not pass in all the academic requirements of the University.
2009 is the lucky year for him when finally when a scholarship was granted to him by the University.  He took up Bachelor's degree in Theology.

As a scholar, though he has his allowance every month from the university, it is not enough to support his family and his 5 year old son.
So  he decided  to work in the church and accept a janitorial job.

He had proven also that even though he is visually impaired, it's never a hindrance to pursue your dreams.

He is also happy to announce that this coming November he will already finish his Bachelor's degree in Theology.
After his degree, he is planning to pursue his master's degree in Local History or Interfaith relations in preparations for his dream of becoming a political consultant.

Once again, Jeryl had proven that poverty and physical disability is never a hindrance to achieve your goals in life.

                              TRANSFORMERS THE RIDE!-THE ULTIMATE 3D BATTLE

 During my visit to Universal Studios in Singapore I entered the amazing world of AUTOBOTS! A unique dimension in the world's first 3d battle, TRANSFORMERS the ultimate ride experience.

I was so thrilled to try the hyper-realistic 3D ride of Transformers, its action filled in the middle of the incredible world of AUTOBOTS!

We learned that the fate of humanity is in complete danger! That's why we were brave enough to volunteer ourselves to take it to safety and save our planet!

 We race through the city, zipping through subway tunnels, down city streets and across high-rise rooftops. I enjoyed the feeling of being a freedom fighter in the ultimate 3D battle against the forces of evil. I joined OPTIMUS PRIME and other AUTOBOTS in saving our beloved planet!

I love the deceptions hot on our heels like I was the one fighting.. I feel like a heroine! The hyper realistic 3D digital media and visual effects made the ride simply ......
