One of the busiest streets at night in Thailand is the
KHAOSAN ROAD. It is a small road located about a block away from the Chao Praya River.
Street foods here are just the best. You can
choose anything. and you can try everything you want at a very affordable cost.
Khaosan was established almost 150 years ago. Originally it is the site of a “milled rice” (Khaosan) Market.
But now it has been
transformed into popular destination shop and hang out for many tourists. You can find here numerous street stalls,cheap guests house, cafes and laidback bars
and clubs that line both sides of the road and the surrounding streets.
From
hair braiding to funky street tees to second hand books, its simply a
backpackers bestfriend. Not only its famous among tourists, it is also popular with locals who come to enjoy the
bohemian vibe and watch the tourists play.
